Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipping or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Due to the nature of automotive parts and freight logistics, many items are prepared and scheduled for shipment quickly after purchase.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately:

Orders Already Shipped

If an order has already been shipped:

  • The order cannot be canceled.
  • The shipment must follow the standard return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

Freight & Oversized Items (Engines, Transmissions, Body Parts)

Orders involving freight carriers or oversized items cannot be canceled once freight booking or pallet preparation has begun.

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons not related to damage or merchant error:

  • The customer is responsible for original and return freight charges.
  • Carrier storage, redelivery, or handling fees may apply.
  • Any approved refund will be processed only after the item is returned and inspected.

Special Order & Custom Parts

Special-order, custom, or non-stock items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with the supplier.

These items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before placing an order. Orders placed with incorrect vehicle details or assumptions cannot be canceled after shipment.

If vehicle fitment assistance is required, customers should contact us before placing the order.


Payment Disputes

Customers must contact us first to resolve any order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support process.
